Through this survey, AFPA and Prairies Economic Development Canada (PrairiesCan) are looking to better understand the economic impact and challenges you and other co-packers may experience to fill gaps and improve growth in the co-packing/manufacturing of food, natural health, and personal care products.

Depending on whether you provide co-packing services, intend to provide co-packing services in the future, make use of co-packing services, or intend to make use of co-packing services in the future you will be directed to complete a different portion of the survey. Each section should take approximately the following amount of time to complete:

Co-Packing Provider: 30 minutes
Future Co-Packing Provider: 10 minutes
Co-Packing Customer: 15 minutes
Future Co-Packing Customer: 5 minutes
